ABOUT GRACE
Founded in 2020 and led by Wahba Isaac, President and CEO, Grace Inspection and Testing Inc. helps owners, contractors and agencies deliver special inspection, materials testing and construction documentation across Southern California. Grace is a California DGS Certified Small Business (Micro) with union and non-union divisions.
Wahba brings more than 15 years of construction inspection experience. He served as HCAI Class A Inspector of Record and Lead IOR at UCI Rehabilitation Hospital in Irvine from April 2023 through July 2026, coordinating structural and nonstructural inspections, field documentation and closeout activities.

HCAI Class A Inspector of Record services for hospitals, skilled nursing and other healthcare facilities, plus DSA project inspection for K–12 schools and community colleges. Includes daily inspection, deviation tracking, field documentation and closeout.
02 / SERVICES
ASSE 6020 medical gas system inspection for hospitals and healthcare facilities, covering piping installation, brazing, labeling and pre-verification coordination.

Rebar, formwork, embedded plates and anchor bolts; concrete placement inspection; slump, temperature and air-content checks; cylinder sampling and non-shrink grout testing.

Inspection and load or torque testing of adhesive and expansion anchors, including ceiling hangers and fasteners where required by the project.

Inspection of waterproofing installation, self-adhered sheet systems, and air and vapor barrier membranes.

Sample pickup and laboratory testing for soils, concrete, grout, mortar, masonry, bolts, fireproofing and asphalt. Tests may include compaction characteristics, gradation, plasticity, expansion, compressive strength and density. Testing is performed through partner laboratories holding City of Los Angeles (LADBS) Testing Agency approval and DSA LEA acceptance.
12 / SERVICES
Project-specific observation of roofing, flooring, painting, hardware and seismic restraints; coordination of specialty testing and inspections for electrical equipment, generators, fire pumps and related systems.
13 / SERVICES
Review of inspection scope against plans and specifications, scheduling, field memoranda, progress reports, test-data distribution and closeout documentation. Healthcare and school projects are staffed to HCAI and DSA requirements.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
